You have 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech, restaurant, or delivery-related industries. Your strong sales and negotiation skills allow you to tailor value propositions to different partner profiles effectively. You thrive in environments where autonomy and ownership are key, and you enjoy creating value from the ground up.
You are motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of closing complex deals. You understand the importance of building strong, long-term partnerships and are excited about shaping the future of on-demand services across multiple categories. You have the ability to manage and prioritize a robust pipeline to consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Experience in the restaurant or delivery sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with tech sales. You are comfortable guiding new partners through onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality launch and early success. Your ability to identify commercial opportunities that drive early performance and unlock sustainable growth sets you apart.
In this role, you will identify and engage prospective restaurant partners, clearly articulating the value of joining Uber's platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound outreach and pitching through negotiation and contract signing. Your responsibilities will include managing a robust pipeline and collaborating closely with Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to remove barriers and scale accounts efficiently.
You will guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring they have a smooth and successful launch. Your focus will be on driving meaningful commercial impact across the business and supporting early partner success.
