What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and operation of tile production, casting, and leaching operations at SpaceX. You will lead training sessions for technicians, ensuring they understand the importance of monitoring fiber delivery and casting operations. Your focus will be on analyzing system performance and proposing regular inspections and tests to maintain the quality of cast heat shield tiles. You will oversee the processes to ensure that materials and chemicals are delivered correctly and that all operations adhere to established standards. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between supervisors and day-to-day production, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
