You are an adept salesperson with a proven track record in engaging with business-level and technical conversations across various levels of an organization. With your strong presentation skills, you excel in in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Stripe's offerings. You have a demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations, particularly those involving bespoke commercial agreements, showcasing your expertise in navigating intricate sales processes. Your superior verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, making you a valuable asset in any sales environment. You thrive in highly ambiguous and fast-paced settings, demonstrating your adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges. In this role, you will help Stripe grow its enterprise business by owning a named account list and developing strategic account plans aimed at winning and expanding business with enterprise companies. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing opportunities through effective outbound strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients. Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, you will guide enterprise clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to becoming happy Stripe users. Building relationships with executive stakeholders at both new and existing users will be a key focus, as you work collaboratively with company leaders from various functions, including Engineering, Product, and Finance, to lead complex product workshops and develop financial analyses. You will also engage with cross-functional teams, including Partners, Post Sales, Product, and Engineering, to help drive and iterate on Stripe's overall strategy, contributing to team projects aimed at refining the sales process.
