Carta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across business units. This role requires strong program management skills and experience in technology-driven environments.
You have a proven track record of managing complex technical programs and initiatives, demonstrating your ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. With a strong understanding of technology and its application in business, you excel at aligning technical solutions with strategic goals. You bring at least 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in technology-focused roles. Experience in venture capital, private equity, or financial technology is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by Carta's clients.
