TripActions is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to enhance their Navan Expense product line. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in finance and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in finance and accounting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a fintech environment. Your expertise allows you to understand client needs deeply, and you can leverage your knowledge of expense management platforms to provide tailored solutions. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike. You are comfortable working with large strategic customers and have a proven track record of high performance and success in your previous roles. You thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and can prioritize work and initiatives effectively. Your ability to think strategically and solve problems will be key in this role. You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers and prospects, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and drive product adoption.
Experience working with corporate credit card solutions or expense management platforms will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is also beneficial, as it will help you manage client interactions and track progress effectively.
As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at TripActions, you will play a crucial role in scaling the Navan Expense product line. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Account Managers in expanding Expense product offerings within current strategic travel accounts. You will implement the Expense solution and work to increase adoption within the Enterprise market segment. By understanding client needs and leveraging your expertise, you will help develop effective strategies that drive revenue growth. You will also be involved in training and supporting clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the Navan Expense platform. Your insights will help shape product development and enhancements, ensuring that the solution remains competitive and meets market demands.
