You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of B2B sales processes and have a proven track record of maximizing seller productivity through operational excellence. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, ensuring data integrity across systems. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to drive initiatives that enhance business performance. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate operational strategies clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency.
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a core part of the Sales Operations team, working closely with B2B sales teams to enhance their productivity. You will manage various Sales Operations requests and projects related to account and lead management, ensuring that the sales process is streamlined and efficient. Your role will involve analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as developing and implementing rules of engagement that align with company objectives. You will also play a key role in optimizing the sales GTM tech stack, ensuring that all tools and systems are effectively integrated and utilized.
You will partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. This includes collaborating with Marketing to align on lead generation strategies and working with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity within sales systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
