Amazon is hiring an SLP Specialist to support the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program aimed at preventing losses and maintaining customer trust. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to investigation guidelines.
You have experience in security services and loss prevention, with a strong understanding of investigation processes and asset protection. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders from various business and corporate functions. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough investigations to identify abusive entities while preserving customer trust. You understand the importance of adhering to guidelines and policies set forth by the organization and the SLP function. Your analytical skills enable you to assess risks and conduct audits effectively, ensuring network integrity and compliance with established procedures.
As an SLP Specialist, you will support the growth of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program by identifying and eliminating concessions abuse. Your day-to-day activities will involve planning, organizing, and executing processes and procedures laid down by the organization. You will conduct end-to-end investigations into concessions requests raised by customers, collaborating with various teams to uncover abusive entities. Your role will require you to provide on-ground intelligence that is useful in identifying abuse methods and ensuring the integrity of the network. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and process audits for designated sites, working diligently to mitigate product loss and maintain customer satisfaction.
