Vanta is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on Commercial sales. You'll collaborate with Sales and other departments to enhance technical sales processes. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in leading teams, ideally within a technical sales environment — your experience has equipped you with the ability to coach and develop team members while driving performance. You understand the complexities of sales cycles and can navigate them effectively, ensuring that your team excels in technical discovery and qualification. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build scalable processes that enhance customer experiences. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that not all team members may have prior security experience, yet you foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Experience in security or compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be beneficial, as it will help you guide your team in addressing customer needs effectively. Familiarity with technical sales processes and a strong understanding of the Trust Management Platform will set you apart in this role.
