What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and own Column’s compliance framework for its crypto products from the ground up. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with federal regulations and industry standards. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and translating them into practical compliance measures. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate compliance into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that new features are compliant from the outset.

You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to address them. Your role will also involve training and educating team members on compliance best practices and the importance of adhering to regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and will represent Column in discussions with regulatory bodies.
