CLEAR is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide essential technical support to their team in New York. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and set up audio-visual systems for meetings. You are a proactive and people-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service. You have experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in-person and remotely. You are comfortable imaging and deploying Mac and Windows OS hardware to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment. You have a basic understanding of managing user accounts in Google Workspace, confirming email addresses, updating distribution lists, and handling shared resources. You are familiar with setting up and monitoring audio-visual systems for company meetings and events. You enjoy contributing to creating and updating how-to guides and process documentation, ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed.
