What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports Scaleway's business priorities. You will act as a key link between leadership, managers, and employees, ensuring that information flows smoothly throughout the organization. You will create engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, and town hall meetings. You will collaborate with different teams to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine communication strategies. You will also measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve organizing events and activities that promote employee engagement and alignment with company values. You will work closely with the People team to ensure that communication efforts support the overall employee experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
