You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a recreational or related field, allowing you to effectively evaluate and train AI models based on real-world tasks and language. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. Your background in planning and leading recreational activities equips you with the skills to assess AI-generated content accurately. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI in your field, even if you do not have prior AI experience.
In this role, you will leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback that enhances their understanding of workplace tasks. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses to ensure they meet the necessary standards. The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
