You are a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering and Sales roles. Your passion for recruiting drives you to thrive on the rhythm of the hiring process, celebrating each successful placement as a significant achievement. You have a strong background in sourcing candidates and are adept at managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with candidates, agencies, and hiring managers. Your experience in AppSec, Security, or DevSecOps companies is a strong plus, as it allows you to understand the nuances of the roles you are recruiting for. You embrace learning and are always ready to take on new opportunities, making you a valuable asset in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with Greenhouse is a plus, as it enhances your ability to streamline the recruitment process.
