Who you are

You have a solid background in application development, ideally with experience in Java, and are comfortable working with various backend languages. Your fluency in Git allows you to navigate professional workflows, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews with ease. You possess practical knowledge of build tools and dependency management, such as Maven and npm, which are essential for streamlining development processes.

You are experienced in scripting with at least one language, such as Python, Groovy, Go, or Bash, which enables you to automate repetitive tasks effectively. Your understanding of Docker is at least basic or intermediate, allowing you to create images and use docker-compose for standardized environments. You have prior experience in automation and/or continuous integration, whether through personal projects or professional roles, showcasing your commitment to improving development workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications, primarily focusing on backend systems. You will collaborate with your team to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that deployment processes are efficient and reliable. Your responsibilities will include automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and working with standardized environments to enhance application performance.
