Samsara is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive business growth by bringing IoT solutions to small and medium-sized customers. This role involves managing sales processes and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Experience in sales and a passion for technology are essential.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology or IoT solutions. You thrive in high-energy environments and are motivated by the opportunity to impact industries that are crucial to the global economy. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders, including owners and operational managers, sets you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes, including proof of concepts and multi-faceted pricing negotiations. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with customers to drive successful outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Samsara's IoT solutions to small and medium-sized customers. You will engage with potential clients to demonstrate the value of sensor data and how it can improve their operations. Your typical sales will range from $5k to $20k, requiring you to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that you have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
