Overview

Sealed is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive the success of contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs. You'll balance sales enablement and account management to maximize partner participation. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to supporting contractors.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management or partner success, ideally within the climate tech or home services industry. You understand the importance of building relationships and have a knack for sales enablement, ensuring that partners can effectively participate in rebate programs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are comfortable with data and analytics, using them to drive decisions and support partners in maximizing their project volumes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and willing to travel up to 50% of the time to support project needs and conduct site visits.

What you'll do

As the Partner Success Manager at Sealed, you will be the key point of contact for contractor partners, guiding them through the rebate program processes. You will work closely with contractors to ensure they understand the benefits of participating in our programs and help them navigate any challenges they may face. Your role will involve regular check-ins with partners to assess their progress and provide support where needed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the tools and resources available to contractors, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. You will analyze partner performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, sharing insights with both partners and internal stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of contractor participation in our programs, making a significant impact on energy efficiency and sustainability efforts.
