You understand the importance of attention to detail and are adept at drafting employment agreements and managing HR-related inquiries. Your hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Justworks, is a significant asset. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, which you use to analyze HR data and support various HR functions. You are a collaborative team player who genuinely cares about enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture. What you'll do

As an HR Specialist at Ekimetrics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US HR team as the company continues to grow. You will oversee the end-to-end employee journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and facilitating transitions for existing employees. Your responsibilities will include drafting employment agreements, generating offer letters, and preparing offboarding documentation. You will act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the US Head of People and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance recruitment processes and improve employee engagement initiatives. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and objectives.
