MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth within existing accounts. You'll formulate and execute sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive sales approach.

Who you are

You are a driven individual with a strong passion for sales and a proven track record in account management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have the ability to build effective relationships with CTOs, Engineering, and IT leaders. Your proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities sets you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and are based in Melbourne, ready to contribute to MongoDB's innovative sales culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within your assigned territory, leading to significant revenue growth. You will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers and technical end users, building strong relationships that result in growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team, you will work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also engage with enterprise ecosystem partners to maximize deal sizes and participate in comprehensive sales enablement training to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
