Datadog is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate to drive growth in their Security business. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategy and improve operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in go-to-market strategies.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in go-to-market strategies. You are comfortable working with senior leadership and have a knack for data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct competitive and market analysis effectively, helping to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments and value the relationships built through teamwork. You understand the importance of aligning product and marketing strategies to drive business success. You are adaptable and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in security or SaaS, is a plus. Familiarity with performance measurement and business review processes will help you excel in this role. A background in quantitative analytics and qualitative insights will enhance your ability to design and validate transformation programs.
In this role, you will define and execute the Security go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with Product and Product Marketing teams. You will own the performance measurement and business review cadences for the Security business, including forecasting and conducting Monthly Business Reviews. Your responsibilities will include identifying priority customer segments and target accounts for Security products, ensuring appropriate coverage with the field teams. You will prioritize, design, and validate transformation programs aimed at improving Security GTM performance based on both quantitative analytics and qualitative insights. Your work will directly contribute to Datadog’s growth and success in the Security market.
