Instructure is seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect to support their Go-to-Market Tools. You'll work closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect and focus on Salesforce Administration and CPQ Administration. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and Docusign CLM.

Who you are

You are an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and Docusign CLM. You have a proven track record of working closely with technical teams to implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive business success. Your expertise in Salesforce Administration allows you to manage and enhance the platform effectively, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze complex business requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any project. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with business objectives. You understand the importance of user experience and strive to create intuitive solutions that simplify processes for end-users.

Desirable

Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. What you'll do

As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect at Instructure, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's Go-to-Market Tools. You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance the efficiency of sales processes. Your responsibilities will include managing Salesforce Administration tasks, ensuring the platform is optimized for user needs, and providing support for Salesforce CPQ Administration.

You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you design align with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve configuring Salesforce CPQ to streamline quoting processes and improve sales productivity. You will also oversee the integration of Docusign CLM, ensuring that contract lifecycle management is efficient and user-friendly.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. You will conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are equipped to utilize the Salesforce tools effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team and the overall growth of Instructure.
