Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to help partners design and deliver security solutions using their Observability and Security platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure partner success and security compliance. This role requires expertise in Datadog's products and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in technical solutions architecture, particularly in security, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in cloud operations and security solutions enables you to effectively educate partners and ensure their success with Datadog's offerings. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to advocate for partners' technical concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, valuing collaboration and creativity in your work. You are passionate about helping others succeed and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with Datadog's Observability and Security platform is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud compliance and data governance best practices. You may also have a background in partner enablement or technical training, which would enhance your ability to onboard and support partner technical resources effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, training, and certification of partner technical resources, focusing on security enablement across Datadog's products. You will participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog's goals with those of partner technical teams. Your collaboration with internal teams will support partner initiatives, including end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value. You will conduct partner team enablement workshops, providing assessment, advice, and coaching on best practices. Additionally, you will analyze and understand partner service offerings regularly, ensuring that they align with Datadog's capabilities and security standards.
