Spotify is seeking a Human Resources Lead APAC to oversee HR strategies in Singapore and JAPAC. You'll partner with business leaders to enhance employee experience and navigate organizational changes. This role requires strong HR expertise and strategic thinking.
You have extensive experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on strategic HR management and employee experience. You understand the nuances of navigating organizational change and workforce planning, and you are adept at aligning local HR practices with global standards. Your ability to partner with business leaders to shape people strategies is a key strength, and you thrive in environments that require both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. You are familiar with local regulations and compliance, ensuring that HR processes are not only effective but also legally sound.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with HR Business Partners, Employment Legal, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion teams. You are committed to delivering a world-class employee experience and are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You are also comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage HR metrics to inform your strategies.
Experience in a global HR role, particularly in the APAC region, would be advantageous. Familiarity with HR technology and tools that enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes is a plus. You may also have a background in talent development and organizational psychology, which would further enrich your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will lead the HR function for Spotify in the APAC region, focusing on Singapore and surrounding markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with business leaders to navigate growth and organizational changes, providing guidance on workforce planning and people development initiatives.
You will support leaders and teams through core HR processes, ensuring alignment with global HR practices while adapting to local needs. Your role will involve collaborating with various HR functions to deliver comprehensive support to employees and management alike. You will also play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that Spotify's values are reflected in its people practices.
