What you'll do

As an R&D Chef at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for developing new recipes weekly that align with Factor's product priorities and nutritional targets. You will dive deep into customer data and market trends to inform your recipe development, ensuring that you create meals that excite and satisfy our customer base. Your role will involve bench-testing new recipes and continuously improving existing ones by analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the recipes you develop are feasible for production and meet our cost constraints.

You will also be expected to maintain a keen awareness of competitor activity and industry trends, using this information to drive innovation in our meal offerings. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the menu and ensuring that we deliver high-quality, healthy meals to our customers. You will have the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and cooking techniques, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in meal delivery.
