Who you are

You have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field and are familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, including functions like xlookup and pivot tables. You possess strong analytical skills and can independently plan and execute project workflows based on objectives. Your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn make you adaptable in cross-departmental communication and collaboration. You have a clear and logical communication style, which helps in managing teams effectively. Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role, as you will be involved in product image editing and design.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team to complete tasks related to product image quality management, including planning, process development, and project progress tracking to achieve project goals. You will collaborate with cross-department teams to enhance the presentation of product images. Depending on project needs, you will manage a team of approximately 10 contract staff, overseeing work distribution and progress tracking. You will prioritize tasks based on project requirements and workload, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation. Additionally, you will handle other tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of Coupang's operations in Taiwan.
