You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business and its customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the driving requirements of the position. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the necessary information about their new vehicle. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance the company's reputation. Your role will require you to maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations while on the road. You will work closely with other team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
