Microsoft is seeking a Cloud & AI Sales Manager to lead a team driving the adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions. You'll work with Azure, AI, and Data Platform to accelerate digital transformation for customers in Europe South. This role requires proven experience in Cloud and AI solution sales and team leadership.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in Cloud and AI solution sales, with significant experience in leading teams. Your strong understanding of Azure, AI, and Data Platform enables you to drive complex deals to closure while building executive-level relationships with strategic customers. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus. Your strategic thinking and operational excellence allow you to define and execute effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with various teams to deliver integrated solutions. Your ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations showcases your leadership capabilities and commitment to fostering a culture of growth mindset and customer obsession. You are adept at driving clarity on priorities and accountability for results, ensuring your team is aligned and focused on achieving business growth.

Desirable

Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus. Familiarity with the competitive landscape of Cloud and AI solutions will further enhance your ability to position Microsoft as a trusted advisor for AI and Cloud transformation. What you'll do

As a Cloud & AI Sales Manager at Microsoft, you will lead a high-performing team of specialists focused on driving the adoption and consumption of Microsoft Cloud solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the regional strategy for Cloud and AI workloads, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Cloud and AI priorities. You will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring its health and accuracy in forecasting, which is crucial for achieving business growth.

You will engage with customers at the executive level, building relationships that position Microsoft as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey. Your role will involve collaborating with Customer Success, Partner Organizations, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs. You will also align with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of strategies and initiatives.

Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of growth mindset within your team, encouraging continuous learning and development. You will drive clarity on priorities and accountability for results, ensuring that your team is focused on achieving their goals.
