What you'll do

As the Operations Manager for Amazon Now in Egypt, you will lead the Under the Roof (UTR) operations, ensuring that all safety, quality, and productivity standards are met across all shifts. You will be responsible for planning and executing operational strategies that align with business objectives, including the opening of new dark stores. Your role will involve analyzing operational metrics and implementing corrective actions to maintain high service levels. You will collaborate closely with your team and other departments to address challenges and drive productivity. Your hands-on approach will allow you to engage with your team directly, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will also oversee the management of area managers within the UTR operations, providing guidance and support to help them scale the business effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in redefining fast delivery services for customers, ensuring that operational processes are streamlined and efficient.
