Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer experience and manage store operations in Atlanta. This role involves team development and customer service skills to create a compelling in-store environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of cultivating genuine connections with customers and can demonstrate extraordinary service that reflects the company's values. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to fostering a positive service atmosphere while developing your team.

You possess leadership skills that enable you to support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. You are adept at creating a culture of strong communication and teamwork, ensuring that operational, visual, and customer priorities are seamlessly balanced. You provide real-time feedback, coaching, and training to team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.

You are experienced in training and development, delivering world-class in-person training alongside e-learning for new team members. You ensure that all new hires complete their training paths in a timely manner and regularly check in with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team to monitor team progress. You are proactive in suggesting improvements to training processes to enhance team performance.

Desirable

You have a background in retail management and a keen understanding of omni-channel business practices. You are familiar with tools and processes that enhance customer service and can implement them effectively in the store environment.

What you'll do

As an Assistant Store Manager at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in creating an incredible customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will support the Store Manager in managing total store operations, ensuring that the store runs efficiently and profitably. Your responsibilities will include cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection and demonstrating extraordinary service as a brand ambassador.

You will facilitate an energized pace and a positive service environment while developing your team. You will assist in implementing processes and utilizing tools to better service customers, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Your leadership will help create a culture of strong communication and teamwork, allowing for a seamless balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities.

In addition to managing daily operations, you will deliver world-class training to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will meet regularly with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team to discuss team progress and suggest improvements to training processes.
