KnowBe4 is hiring a Strategic Account Director to develop and manage Global Accounts while maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts — your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities effectively. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have a knack for understanding their needs and aligning them with the right solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively has helped you achieve and exceed sales quotas in previous roles.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success — your experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it allows you to speak knowledgeably about the products and services you represent. You are results-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership over your accounts, ensuring that you are always looking for ways to add value and grow the business.

Your approach to account management is strategic; you are adept at analyzing account performance and identifying areas for growth — you are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and drive your sales strategy. You are also committed to continuous professional development, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the field.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Global Accounts — your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities within these accounts. You will work closely with your clients to understand their needs and promote KnowBe4’s products and services, ensuring that you achieve and exceed your monthly sales quotas.

You will identify cross-selling opportunities and work to increase subscription levels, adding additional seats as accounts grow — your strategic mindset will help you navigate complex client environments and position KnowBe4 as a trusted partner in their cybersecurity efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are delivering the best possible solutions.

Your role will also involve regular communication with clients, providing updates on product offerings and industry trends — you will be the face of KnowBe4 to your clients, representing the company’s values and commitment to security. You will leverage your sales skills to negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that both KnowBe4 and your clients benefit from the partnership.
