You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in customer engagement and technical expertise, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors. With a proven track record in project management, you excel at collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that projects are executed smoothly. You will also provide feedback to the engineering and operations teams based on your interactions with customers, helping to refine Xometry's offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
