What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the workplace operations strategy for Duolingo's Pittsburgh headquarters, which houses approximately 500 employees. You will ensure that the spaces, services, and experiences provided align with the business needs and the core values of Duolingo. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, including vendors and contractors, to deliver consistently exceptional service, particularly in areas such as food and beverage programs. Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale programs and budgets, ensuring that operational excellence is balanced with innovation and efficiency.

You will oversee complex projects that contribute to the overall workplace experience, co-leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that the workplace environment supports the growth and development of all employees. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that foster a sense of community and belonging within the workplace, making Duolingo a great place to work.
