You possess strong data processing and analytical skills, allowing you to make informed decisions based on complex data sets. Understanding card network rules and regulations, as well as local payment methods, is second nature to you. You are passionate about improving payment performance and have a keen interest in the evolving payments landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set and execute the strategy for the Americas team, focusing on new user adoption and existing user growth through payment excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Stripe's users have the best possible experience with our payment solutions.
