What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, reinforcing Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.
