Imply is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of their observability warehouse, Imply Lumi. You'll partner with customers to design tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of their technology. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in the tech industry.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to enterprise clients. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer challenges is key to your success. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in data observability or security solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges organizations face in managing and gaining insights from their data. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions.
In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing Imply Lumi to market, working closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and how our solutions can address them. You will conduct product demonstrations, tailor solutions to meet customer needs, and drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing. Your role will involve collaborating with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into our offerings, enhancing the overall customer experience.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our customer base. You will track your sales activities and results, providing regular updates to the leadership team on your progress and insights.
