What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will engage with clients across a wide variety of industries, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term relationships with clients. You will receive best-in-class training from Hibu, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your sales career. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while enjoying a base salary. You will also celebrate wins with your local team, contributing to a positive and motivating work culture.

What we offer

Hibu offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage. You will receive a base salary of $43,000, along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. The potential for uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses is a significant draw for this position, with on-target earnings projected to be between $90,000 and $120,000 in your first two years.
