What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at NICE, you will be an active member of the IT development team, contributing to the design, coding, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. You will develop and implement AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry. Your role will involve integrating AI models and components into existing applications and systems, ensuring they work seamlessly within business processes. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for AI-driven features and applications, applying prompt engineering techniques to optimize large language model performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and product management, will be key to your success in this role.
