Who you are

You are an analytical and driven professional with a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics. With at least 5 years of experience in the field, you have a proven track record of designing complex BI solutions that solve problems across various business domains. Your ability to think strategically and influence cross-functional teams is essential for driving operational initiatives at Amazon. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable working independently and exercising strong judgment in identifying and executing strategic improvement plans. Your experience includes successful relationship management and collaboration with technology and engineering teams, ensuring that data-driven actions lead to continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience with executive-level reporting frameworks and deep-dive analysis tools is a plus. Familiarity with Amazon's operational processes and a passion for customer-centric solutions will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that span North America Stores, influencing broader tech roadmaps and establishing the Consumables Insights and Analytics team as a center of excellence. You will design and implement complex BI solutions that deliver strategic insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve creating executive-level reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key performance metrics and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
