Carvana is hiring for entry-level Automotive Detailer and Lot Attendant positions in Bessemer, AL. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles and assisting in vehicle movement within the Inspection Centers. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds are required.

You possess a valid driver's license and are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and can work in varying weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. You understand the importance of safety and are willing to use protective equipment as required.
While not mandatory, any previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields would be beneficial. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality service will set you apart in this role. You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You may also take on the role of a Photobooth Associate, capturing high-quality images of vehicles for customer viewing. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.
You will receive training to help you succeed in these roles, and you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of automotive operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of Carvana's services, helping to enhance customer satisfaction.
