Who you are

You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver's license and are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and can work in varying weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You may also take on the role of a Photobooth Associate, capturing high-quality images of vehicles for customer viewing. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

You will receive training to help you succeed in these roles, and you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of automotive operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of Carvana's services, helping to enhance customer satisfaction.
