Job Description

## About the Role As an **Enterprise Account Executive at Uber Direct**, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic merchant partnerships across key verticals such as restaurants, grocery, and retail in Mexico. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and a smooth handoff to post-sales teams. This is a consultative role where success depends on deeply understanding merchant needs, applying solution-based selling, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value. You’ll work alongside partners across Uber Eats, New Verticals, and Global Direct to position Uber Direct as a preferred last-mile delivery solution for enterprise and mid-market merchants. ## What You’ll Do - Own the full sales cycle with enterprise and mid-market merchants across retail, grocery, and restaurant verticals. - Lead consultative discovery sessions and product demos with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored Uber Direct solutions. - Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound strategies, lead qualification, and close collaboration with Marketing and SDR teams. - Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term merchant success. - Use data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. ## What You’ll Need - 5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management. - Proven experience closing new business and expanding relationships within large accounts. - Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-level. - Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a data-driven approach to pipeline management. - Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in Spanish and English. ## Bonus Points - Experience in e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, or SaaS / technology platforms. - Background working in matrixed or highly cross-functional environments. - Familiarity with SQL or data-querying tools to extract and analyze merchant insights. - Strong sales execution skills across pipeline development, qualification, and closing. - Confident stakeholder engagement, with executive presence and influence.
