With a focus on new business acquisition, you have a proven track record of formulating and executing successful sales strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly CTOs and engineering leaders, sets you apart. Experience in the software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and are based in London, allowing you to engage with clients effectively. Your initiative and energy are key to your success in this role, and you are always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and strategies.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, focusing on new customer acquisition within your assigned territory. You will strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users, building strong and effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. Participation in sales enablement trainings, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, will be part of your journey to success at MongoDB.
