You have a background in manufacturing engineering with a focus on machining processes — your experience includes developing solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. You are skilled in creating and managing manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to analyze and resolve recurring manufacturing discrepancies effectively. Your ability to communicate with various departments, including production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design engineering, ensures that you can deliver products on time and to specification.
Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus, as is familiarity with quality assurance practices in a high-tech environment. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
