Amazon is seeking a Senior Cluster Manager to lead operational indexing and performance tracking for Amazon Now in Kolkata. You'll manage key operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires 2+ years of performance management experience.
You have over 2 years of experience in employee and performance management, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. Your background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and you are familiar with Amazon's operational standards. You are comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and you have a strong understanding of performance metrics and process improvement techniques. You thrive in roles that require data accuracy and operational excellence, and you are passionate about driving standardization and improvement across teams.
In this role, you will track and index operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. You will maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams, ensuring that all metrics are accurate and up-to-date. You will support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, coordinating with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates. Additionally, you will assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the cluster.
