Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the automotive repair field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you prep meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes sanding surfaces to ensure they are smooth and ready for painting, as well as masking and taping areas that should not be painted. You will also be involved in the bagging and unbagging processes, as well as tear down and buffing of vehicles. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the vehicle preparation process. You will receive training programs to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
