What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, you will engage with team members to provide guidance and support, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance. You will identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement appropriate strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Your role will also involve regular communication with upper management to report on production metrics and team performance.
