HubSpot is seeking a Field Marketer to develop and execute their Field Marketing strategy in Japan. You'll focus on creating impactful in-person and virtual events to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. This role requires strong event marketing skills and collaboration with sales teams.
You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly in executing successful in-person and virtual events that resonate with target audiences. Your experience includes collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing logistics and stakeholder relationships to create memorable brand experiences.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights. Your hands-on approach to event marketing ensures that every detail is meticulously planned and executed, from content creation to vendor management. You are comfortable working in a cross-functional team and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including sales and customer success teams.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with SaaS products, is a plus. Familiarity with the Japanese market and cultural nuances will help you tailor marketing strategies effectively. You are also open to learning and adapting global best practices to fit local needs, ensuring that HubSpot's marketing efforts resonate with the Japanese audience.
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for Japan, focusing on high-impact events that drive sales pipeline and brand awareness. You will own the end-to-end process for field marketing events, including trade shows, prospect roundtables, and group demos, ensuring that each event aligns with HubSpot's overall marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with speakers, managing logistics, and building relationships with vendors to create seamless event experiences.
You will serve as the primary marketing contact for the Japan Business Development Representatives, collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure that marketing initiatives support their goals. By leveraging your expertise in event production and experiential marketing, you will create engaging experiences that foster meaningful business relationships and drive measurable results.
You will also work with the APAC and global marketing teams to share insights from the Japan market, adapting global field marketing best practices for local success. Your role will involve continuous learning and improvement, as you analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events to refine future strategies.
