What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, which includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries will make each day different and rewarding.

What we offer

Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. The opportunity for uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses is a significant draw, with year one on-target earnings projected between $90,000 and $100,000, and year two earnings potentially reaching $105,000 to $125,000. You will enjoy a hybrid sales environment that allows for both home office and in-field work, providing flexibility in your daily routine.
