You have a strong background in program management, particularly in operations and strategy, with experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams. You excel in communication and collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your analytical skills allow you to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively. You will also play a key role in scaling the operations platform, contributing to the overall mission of delivering the Waymo Driver to the world.
