What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead the technical discovery process for hyperscale customer engagements, ensuring that all solutions are tailored to meet specific needs. You will work closely with the Business Development team to advance commercial and contractual discussions, providing the technical insights necessary for successful negotiations. Your role will involve defining and aligning power, cooling, network, and tenant fit-out solutions, ensuring they are execution-ready. You will also be responsible for integrating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to deliver high-performance infrastructure solutions. Your leadership will guide the team in balancing technical requirements with commercial objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will represent the company in customer-facing situations, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Your ability to travel up to 30-50% will allow you to engage directly with customers and stakeholders across various locations.
