What you'll do

In this role, you will define and evolve Rocket Growth's brand narrative, ensuring it aligns with the overarching business goals of Coupang. You will develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that not only elevate visibility but also enhance the brand's reputation in the marketplace. Collaborating with RG leadership, you will craft compelling thought leadership content that positions the brand as an industry leader. Your responsibilities will include overseeing media strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and measuring the effectiveness of branding initiatives.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in their efforts to create impactful campaigns that resonate with customers. Your role will involve regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that branding efforts are aligned with product launches and other strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and media outlets to maximize the brand's reach and influence.
