What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead initiatives for Amazon’s Treasury organization, focusing on transforming how liquidity and risk are managed globally. You will partner closely with product managers, program managers, and end users to establish a clear roadmap that aligns with the software engineering manager's objectives. Your role will involve managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining clarity on product timelines.

You will drive key decisions regarding architecture and system design, leveraging your technical expertise to guide discussions and decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in triaging trade-offs and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with scientists and engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring that the product roadmap is transparent and achievable.

In this role, you will also be responsible for building processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
